Back to Bragg
by
Lee White
One of the first things that I recommend to learn about Braxton Bragg is the transcript of a talk that the late Dr. McWhiney made to the Civil War Round Table in Chicago, http://users.aol.com/CintiCWRT/bragg.html. The article is short, but covers some of the basic misunderstandings about General Bragg.

That is a very interesting article! I wonder if McClellan should have been used the same way, as someone who had good strategic insight and organizational skills but lacked the "head" for field command.
Lee the link is dead, Where else can we find this article I tryed googling it with no luck.
This is a new link for the article. http://www.cincinnaticwrt.org/data/ccwrt_history/talks_text/mcwhiney_bragg.html
